PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
Pronto Electronic Displays LLC (Seller) warrants its products to be free from defect in design, workmanship and material under normal use when operated in accordance with published datasheet specifications for a period of 1 Year after the date of product receipt. Seller agrees to repair or replace product at its option, without charge, product returned within the warranty period, provided the product has not been altered or modified other than with authorization from Seller, accidentally damaged, or been subject to misuse. For products which require customer installation of an I/O connector, the installation of such a connector onto product does not void this warranty, provided such installation did not cause a failure of the product. This warranty only applies to products owned by persons or entities who have purchased products directly from Seller or from Seller's authorized distributors and merchandisers. Under no circumstances will Seller be held liable for incidental or consequential damages incurred by Buyer beyond the cost of repairing or replacing the product. There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To obtain warranty service, Buyer must contact Seller within the warranty period by filling out and submitting the "Warranty/Refund Return Form" on the Pronto LED Displays website, or by sending us an e-mail at: support@prontodisplays.com.
Seller will provide shipping instructions along with the RMA number when contacting the Buyer. Seller reserves the right to refuse any product without an RMA number. Seller agrees to provide shipping label to Buyer to pay for shipping/postage fees for return of the defective product covered under this warranty. Seller additionally agrees to pay shipping fees for returning the repaired/replaced product to Buyer.
PRODUCT 30-DAY REFUND POLICY
If for any reason Buyer is dissatisfied with the product, Pronto Electronic Displays LLC (Seller) will issue a full refund for any product, within 30 days after the date of product receipt. Terms of this policy require that product has not been altered or modified other than with authorization from Seller, accidentally damaged, or been subject to misuse. For products which require customer installation of an I/O connector, the installation of such a connector onto product does not void this refund policy, provided such installation did not cause a failure of the product. This policy only applies to products owned by persons or entities who have purchased products directly from Seller or from Seller's authorized distributors or merchandisers.

Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product for money to be refunded to your account.
Policy Updates
This Warranty and Return Policy may be revised to reflect changes in eligibility criteria, processing timelines, or refund methods. Updates will be reflected in the Effective Date and Revision Level at the bottom of this page. For substantial changes- such as new warranty or refund terms- we may provide additional notice via banner, checkout prompts, or direct outreach.
