Hello, and thank you for your interest in Pronto LED Displays. I'm Michael Hawkins, the creator behind Pronto Electronic Displays LLC, the company that owns and operates this website. My goal is simple: to create products that are easy to use, reliable, and cost-effective. Every aspect of this company—from product design to software development—has been undertaken with the goal of making reliable, easy-to-use products. For example, the patent-pending user interface for our display units has been developed to make the job of the engineer simple, without the need to code any drivers, or learn complicated product software. And I back all of my products with a 1- year warranty and a 30-day return/refund policy.

Having spent decades in the electronics industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies that uphold the highest standards in product quality and customer satisfaction. Helping these companies bring their visions to life has been incredibly rewarding. Now, I have the opportunity to pursue my own dream—building solutions that reflect everything I’ve learned over the years. And one of the most personally rewarding aspects of running a single-person company is wearing all the multiple hats that starting this one-man company requires: CEO, webmaster, electronics engineer, embedded programmer, PCB designer, engineering prototype assembler, test engineer, production technician, marketing manager, purchasing agent, technical writer, company publisher...
