Order Processing Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST

Orders placed after closing will be processed the next business day. 

We observe all U.S. national holidays.

Shipping Costs

All of our products have free shipping.

Shipping Regions

We ship to the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, DC. 

Shipping Speed

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days.​

We use FedEx 2-day flat rate shipping.

Shipment Tracking

You will be provided with tracking information from FedEx upon shipment.

Shipping for Refunded or Warranty Repair Returns

We pay shipping costs for items you wish to return for a refund or warranty repair. For more details see our Return Policy page.

Shipping terms may be updated to reflect changes in carrier options, shipping regions, or fulfillment workflows. The Effective Date and Revision Level at the bottom of this page will be updated accordingly. For material changes- such as new shipping delivery times —we may notify users via banners, checkout prompts, or direct outreach.
